Initial Concepts & Designs
If you are considering developing your property, either extending, converting your loft or garage or a new build property and are looking for inspiration and ideas, we can draw up a range of initial designs for you.
Planning
Drawings
We produce the required planning drawings to get your proposal approved with your local planning department
Regulation Drawings
Upon approval of your designs to your Planning Authority, we will then produce detailed building regulation drawings to ensure they are fully compliant with all regulations and are able to be used for contractor tendering purposes.
Site Supervision
Once the design stage is complete (and if appointed to do so), we can supervise on-site, to make sure the building work follows your designs and is compliant with the building regulations.
Our Process

It begins with your ideas. Whether you have a design in mind, or have a completely open brief, we are happy to discuss your requirements with you.
Drawing
Once we have agreed a fee, we will carry out a survey, research costs, and create an initial sketch or series of sketches to give you an idea of how the design will look.
Regulation
We will also incorporate dimensions, building materials, and any other compulsory information into the designs, before submitting these for a planning application.
Start Building
Once the plans have been approved, which usually takes 6-8 weeks (this can differ per local authority), we can commence building work with contractors of your choice.
Supervision
If desired, we can remain on-site to oversee the construction of your project to ensure it conforms to your ideas and planning regulations.
